Terzo appuntamento con i profili IG più belli, a nostro parere. Questa settimana abbiamo deciso di cambiare il nome della rubrica, ne abbiamo parlato tra un pansotto e l’altro venerdì sera ed è venuto fuori #Igersmom, con tanto di tag che andremo a lanciare! Fiere di questa rubrica, dobbiamo ammetterlo.

Here we are with the third issue of our most favourite IG profiles.
But we’ve a big news today, speaking together on Friday night we decider to’ change the name of the column into: #Igersmom. Isn’t it nice? Pretty proud if it, we can spread the hashtag as well!

Questa settimana la dedichiamo ad una donna che vive in mezzo all’Oceano, nelle isole dell’ Aloha laddove è nato il surf e laddove la bellezza non ha risparmiato le forze nel creare paesaggi dei quali è impossibile dimenticarsi. Ah, non tralasciamo la saga di Magnum PI, qualcuno potrebbe offendersi!
Avete capito, stiamo parlando delle Hawaii.

This week is dedicate to a woman who lives in an island in the middle of The Ocean, they called this place The Aloha islands, a piece of Earth where the Beauty did a wonderful job, an unforgettable paradise.

Lei è Kristen ed ha uno sguardo solare sul mondo, le sue foto sono coinvolgenti e ti riempiono di energia.

  What’s your name and where you come form? 

Hi, my name is Kristen and I live on the island of O’ahu, in Hawaii.

Come ti chiami e da dove vieni?

Ciao, mi chiamo Kristen e vivo nell’isola di O’ahu alle Hawaii

When did you start with Instagram and can you tell us how much your profile reflect your story?

My first Instagram photo was posted on April 22, 2011, after a friend had convinced me to install the app on my phone. The images on my profile portray the things I am most fond of. My family, life, art, nature. They are glimpses into the moments I have experienced, and of the world as it has captured me.

Quando hai cominciato con Istagram e puoi dirci quanto il tuo profilo riflette a tua storia?

La mia prima foto su Instagram è stata postata il 22 Aprile del 2011, dopo che un’amica mi ha convita a scaricare l’applicazione sul mio telefono. Le immagini del mio profilo ritraggono le cose che più mi rappresentano. La mia famiglia, la vita, l’arte e la natura. Sono scorci di quei momenti che ho vissuto e ciò che mi ha catturato del mondo.

What’s your favourite subject? 

My favorite subject, without a doubt, has got to be my three children. It wasn’t until the birth of our first child that my love for photography really manifested.

Qual’è il tuo soggetto preferito?

il mio soggetto preferito, senza alcun dubbio, dovrebbero essere i miei figli. E’ nel momento in cui è nato il mio primo figlio che si è manifestato il mio amore per la fotografia.

How’s your approach with traditional photography and iphonography?

I suppose my approach to both is very simple. For the most part, it is just point and shoot. Nowadays, with technology advancing the way it is, it is possible to adjust the outcome of an iphone photo just as much, if not more, than a photo taken with a traditional camera. But my style preference remains pure and uncomplicated.

Com’è il tuo approccio tra fotografa tradizionale e l’iphonography?

Credo che il mio approccio ad entrambe sia davvero semplice. Nella maggior parte dei casi inquadro e scatto. Ora, con le varie tecnologie, è possibile sistemare il risultato ottenuto dall’Iphone quel tanto che basta, se non molto, rispetto ad una foto scattata con una macchina tradizionale. Ma il mio stile rimane sempre puro e poco complicato.

 

Can you suggest us another istagrammer? Your fav and the one you admire the most.

My favorite instagrammer is a biased opinion and that would be my husband @jaybirdhi. We use Instagram as one of our tools to view each other’s worlds when he is away for work in Alaska. There are a few Instagrammers I am exceptionally fond of. A couple of them are @Cali_d and @themeep. Both ladies capture life brilliantly and so effortlessly. And I admire them for it.

Puoi consigliarci un altro istagrammer? Qual è il tuo preferito o quello che ammiri di più?

Il mio istagrammer preferito non ha un giudizio obiettivo in quanto trattasi di mio marito @jaybirdhi. Usiamo Intsagram come mezzo per mostraci le nostre rispettive vite quando è via per lavoro in Alaska. Ci sono però degli Istagrammers ai quali sono affezionata. Due di loro soo @Cali_d e @themeep. Due donne capaci di catturare la vita in modo brillante e naturale. Le ammiro per questo.
